I never actually went to the pub a lot when I was at college nor at University - the only time I did was on my birthdays & everyone else paid...

Mainly due to the fact that I cant stand pubs anyway (too noisy & smokey), and I dont tend to waste money on alcholic beverages...

Well, the one near FTI is a Clancys Fish Pub, its an outdoor pub that is also a fish and chips place, so its not your classic pub. Its also next to a big park, so families go down there on sunday afternoons with their kids and the kids run around in the park and the parents have a drink with their friends. Doesn't it make you all warm and fuzzy on the inside?

Yeah! - there's nothing better than a cold pint on a hot day.

Now you've been and gone and got me thirsty! (Van-B eyes the 1.5" of warm coke he has left).

Ya, I use Sumea too although I've only ever posted on the forums twice. For a more unprofessional gaming community that's mainly Aussies there's Telstra's Game Arena. I don't post on the forums there either but I use their game client quite a bit, mainly because it doesn't use my bandwidth limit.

actually, It's prolly just me... I don't try hard in things I find unneccessary...(I find people stress over things that they really don't need to), yer, it's a me thing,

there weren't many Aussies after all... I thought we were slow in technology and it is true, Australia is slow on technology
