ı want to do a 3d driver simulation for educational purpose. but ı am too new for making simulations. ı can not decide where to start. ı search internet about these but ı am more confused about the subject. in fact ı have seen a proper sample in thegamecreators. http://www.thegamecreators.com/?f=dts#deluxe
this is very good. but the traffic rules arent same as in our country.
do you know whether ı can find codes of this simulator. So ı can change it according to our traffic rules. or do ı need to write a new simulator?
