does anyone have advice or a snippet to make a compass and point it to object 1? i'm using the compass from the "iced" demo that came with dbclassic(below)

that's not going to work while the object is locked to the screen, i'm pretty sure it can rotate though, i just need a snippet to get it to rotate to the correct direction. just along the z axis though.
