Model-wise, its fine.

As a design for a space fighter carrier, I have my doubts. The flat top is a logical structure for operating in a gravity well with fighter craft that are dependent on an atmosphere for lift. In space, neither of these requirements apply. Fighters do not need a deck to land on since they can hover motionless in space. A flight deck is fine, but that leaves a lot of wasted surface area. A 'real' space carrier might look like more like a freight handler with multiple arms per side to snag and stow fighers. So, the three/four/five sides of the ship would have air tight launch cells for the fighters and several loading/refueling/rearming cranes. The launch cells can each eject fighters quickly while the arms recover them at their leisure. The bow of the ship would contain the super structure and point defense weapons. And, the aft would contain drive systems. If this was a vessel with nuclear drives (near future/hard sci-fi), there would be a long mast/boom at the rear of the ship. The torch, shielding, and fuel would be kept far from the crew section.

Just for fun, check out the Hard SciFi 3D file section for some interesting designs that might inspire you.

FYI, the finned and spiked 'cage nozzles' are based on some fact and are designed to radiate waste heat. The real nozzle is electro-magnetic in nature. Some of my early designs have a bell, but those would be glowing white hot if the drive was active.
