1 quick question. When does the newsletter come out. is there a fixed day every month or does it just come out when it comes out.

It comes out around the 20th of the month depending on what day that falls (i.e. if it's a Friday like this month was, we usually drop back to the following Monday). There is no set date, but it's always between the 20th and 24th.
