For all of you who use Milkshape 3D, I am a newcomer to 3d graphics and was wondering how you would go about putting the 3d objects and animations from Milkshape to Dark Basic? I have classic, but plan to get DBP soon, so if it there are different processes for both could u tell me both of them? THX a bunch in advance.

Well from what I know you have to export the file in a certian file name (.3Ds, .x etc) The code for both DBC and DBPRO is:

The only differnce that I know is that DBC can only use .x and .3DS and DPBRO uses .x and (I think) .dbpro . From what I've heard DBPRO can also use .3DS but it is very slow. Hope that helps.

i know, but i think that milkshape makes files like *.ms3d or something like that... i dunno how to convert those files to .x or .3ds but I know that people have used milkshape 3d files in their dark basic programs, so there must be some way...
