Newcomers DBPro Corner / Array errors. Advice needed

Sometimes when I run my program, it comes up with an error saying Array Access Out of Bounds. This problem started occouring when I added music and sounds. I would greatly appreciate any help given towards solving this problem.

if you declared an array like Dim MyArray(4) but was trying to fill say space 5 eg: MyArray(5) then your array is out of bounds.
