Ooooh, you want to link to TWO seperate locations at the SAME time? Well that's simply not possible with HTML.

Actually, what you can do is make the page it links to automatically refresh and download the file. However, that would mean everytime that page is viewed (reguardless of wether it came from the link), it will always download the file.

You could use Javascript to open 2 new windows...lookup up window.open on the various Javascript websites.
