Actually, there is a free lightmapper. It was programmed by a very good DB programmer named Kevil. But there is one problem, I dont think he uploaded it to a place other than RGT (when it existed). Lagmaster has a RGT ISO backup, but I'm not sure if he's reuploaded it yet. If not, maybe if you ask someone, they'll send you the exe (which may be a better choice, 5MB EXE vs 500MB ISO).
