So can you make an easy to use cutscene maker within the software? Place camera, move people around sort of thing? or is it mostly going to be coded to do this?

I think details of FPSC are vague so don't expect a exact answer as most people if all of them do not know.

Maybe you should post that question again in the 'Lee steps outside' thread up in 'DBPro discussion'. Lee, the developer rarely visits the forum and he's the guy to ask - he might stick around long enough to answer your question.
