whoops....i was so anxious i didnt read the forum....i found a post about it so i will try that

Ok i downloaded lithunwrap but it says my imported model has no UV mapping co-ordinates. I was wondering how i put these in using Wings3d?

I've searched around the menus but cant seem to find it

Well Lithunwrap is a UV mapper, so if you import a model and it says it has no UV data, that's fine - you use Lith to UV map your model and give it that UV info.

Once your have your model loaded into Lith, experiment a bit, select all then play with the UV Mapping commands and see what you can do.

UV mapping is a skill the takes practice, don't expect to learn it straight away but it can be fun once you get past the basics.

There's plenty Lithunwrap tutorials online, be sure to work through some of those to get you on your way.

Ohh, and look at the 'Good texturing techniques' post, apparantly there's some updates for Wings that improve UV mapping options.
