Should I buy the Pro,or the first one? Whats the advantages with DBPro?

Are you referring to DBP and DBC?

Well I own both and I am more satisfied with DBP.

I highly dislike the IDE but what can ya do.

DBP is upgradeable, and you can make your own dll commands for it.

Overall its more user friendly.

I am also really a net guy and DBP has a lot of net commands.

Your choice though.

Thanks,i'll think i'll buy DBPro,i'm already use to some commands on DB,how much of a diffrence is thier between the language?

there are some commands that were omitted in dbp, but those were for good reason.....i had no problem switching from dbc to dbp...

Ya Bishop is right

The Commands are Almost all the same......... 80% of the DBC Commands are available in DBP.

You receive a lot more commands in DBP also. To bad when I bought mine the price hadnt dropped. I paid a lot.

There are several replacement ides written by dbpro users. search the program announcments boards.

I believe that DBP is simpler to use for the average programmer, because of its new commands that DBC just doesnt have. I myself do not own DBP because of the money, and that is about the only thing that I can see that can prevent you from buying it. Newer commands, more efficient, more help support, how much better can it get?

2. test them
