I decided to create my own MP3 database application using Java. Here's the project page on RGT.

It'll work like iTunes, hopefully. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do the radio stations or not. That'll require more research. I plan to add ogg vorbis support when the gui is fully developed and working with mp3s.
