3 Dimensional Chat / creating different animations in the same model

Hey, im looking for somebody who could help me, or point me to a tutorial where i could learn how to have serveral animation sequences in one file (3d studio max), for example in a fps you need to change guns, and reload and stuff, anybody know how i could do it?

You could just tag animations on after another and remember which frames are which, but that would probably stink. The easiest way is to probably just use the same model, and make multiple animations (which will save to several different files). Then you could use something like
LOAD OBJECT "unmoving.x", 1
APPENT OBJECT 1, "moving.x"

The best way of doing multiple animations is to make the all one after another and then play the frames of the model,(ie. 1-15 running 15-30 walking). The way Bear Crazy Donut Productions said does work but it might take a longer time on some computers.

ok, the problem i have is that when i try to do different animations after each other, they all follow on from each other, and blend with each other. how can i stop this, ot has anybody got any links to tutorials for creating them??
