I have spent the last 23 years programming in the windows world in several different languages. After 3 years of testing many diff gaming setups i decided DBPro was the way to go. I hunted down tuts and demos and source from main and obsecure sites after buying almost everything from the DB site....and am having trouble grasping the vwery basics of DBPro... I am trying to create a terrain in Geoscape3D load it into DBPro add a player and walk around in the world. Perusing the forums suggests using X files for the terrain ... which works well with UG collision dll but now where have i found an example of loading an X terrain fronm GeoScape and using the dlll to provide collision... I am not looking for the exact code...just wish to be pointed in the right direction.... can anyone help here?

I can only be what I am...

I assume that you should just be able to use the LOAD OBJECT command to load the mesh after it has been exported, but when I try this myself it doesn't work.

I'll chase it up with both Mike/TGC and deliverance software to see where things stand this afternoon.
