on the DBC froum recently a guy asked how to make shortcuts on the desktop when a game is installed. i told him about this program and was told i should post about it here, as peope would be interested. so here goes.
The program is called install creator. this program is by far the easyest way (that ive come accross) to make your own installer for your game. its guides you through with a very easy to understand wizard, and you can do most things that you would want from an installer, including optional icons on the desktop. it also compresses the program so file size is reduced.
it is available totally free from [href]http:\\www.clickteam.com[/href].
anyway, i hope that helps people.

www.zaneproductions.tk - lots of games, no Dark basic ones though (yet)!

Inno? Complicated? Ever try using vs.net Setup and Deployment projects?? GAK! Anyway, Inno is pretty cool because it can be as simple or as detailed as you like via the wizard or the script source code.

good luck
