downloading models is never quite right tho.

they are usually all different in creation style.
they usually differ in 3d formats.
they all differ in texture file formats.
they all differ in polycount.
they all differ in grouping or meshgroups.
they are usually not animated.

Its best to spend the time and learn how to do it.
