I'm making a skateboarding game, screens at
http://www.geocities.com/ddrwsk8/game

The scorpion is a placeholder until I get my 3D models from Yellow on monday.

So here's the run down on my game for no paticular reason;
Visual Basic front end
4 Levels ( 2 nearly completed, haven't started on other 2 yet )
Written in DB Classic.
My friend Cameron Gillespie is doing the music for it with his band Jesleppi. http://www.geocities.com/cammy_fab

That's about it, thanks for your time General Talk forum readers.

It's cool making a game around you own area. I sometimes think of doing that, but my area is a bit boring.

Cool, I started a skateboarding game in DBC a long time ago, then gave up when I found out how hard it was to program vert and grinds...

Good luck.

Yes Game13 might make a suprise easter egg appearance

Thanks. Here are the other levels, not aiming too high or anything:
LEVEL1: The High School; done
LEVEL2: The Circus; done, with really very good platforming physics
LEVEL3: Eastgate Shopping Center; search Inverness Eastgate on Google
LEVEL4: Cloud9; set in space with fun moon physics for a treat

I've also made a level editor, works really well and lets you save your own levels. This weekend I added a replay function - watch your own replays of tricks etc...! Just press R to watch the last minute as a replay, all done with arrays that record when a button is pressed and where.

All I need now to get the demo out are 3D models... hint hint Yellow The demo will probably be out next weekend.

Checklist

-skateboarder finished
-skateboard finished
-skate animation finished

-Texture needs to be done
-Ollie animation needs to be done

No matter what, I'll send you the model on Mon. afternoon(EST time )whether the texture done or not, but you'll at least have something to work with, or you can texure it to your personal liking.
