What commands are commonly used in timer loops, could someone please show me an example of their use.

Here's a basic once-per-second timer

+ Code Snippet

sync on
sync rate 0

Timeout=timer()+1000

do
   if Timeout > timer()
      Timeout = Timeout+1000
      print "Tick"
   endif
   sync
loop
