every time i try to download jtedit http://www.jtgame.com/jtedit/jteditmain.html here all i get is some code, how can i download it?

try to save the file with a right mouse click.

Netscape : "Save link target as"
Explorer : "Save Target as"

when you read the instructions it says its delivered as an msi file.

JTEdit currently is distributed as a ".msi" Windows Installer package. To install JTEdit, simply double-click on the jtedit.msi file from a Windows Explorer window. A standard installer program will guide you through the installation, allowing you to specify where to install JTEdit.

I was under the impression that JTEdit is no longer available as a separate download, but I could be wrong. Depending on your connection, you may need to download the whole JTGame archive.
