stann65 , notice the .X file extension. DBC/DBP can not use .cob files directly. You need to save/export the model as an .X file.

Sigh, trueSpace has that option built in (at least for version 4.3). If you have an earlier version that does not have .X export capability, you will need to find a plugin or external utility to convert the file. There is nothing in DB to convert from COB to X.
