1. How do I keep from sliding down stairs...if I ease up on the gravity effect the camera falls to slow but doesnt slide down stairs.

2. What causes a vibration effect when pushing the camera into a corner(thats greater than 90 degrees)or a curved surface made from a mesh.

if you're sliding down staircases, the dummy object or collision sphere is too big or the stairs are too small. you should have to alter your gravity.

the collision is repositioning the camera/object back to the position right before the collision occurred, so continually trying to travel into a corner while the collision is fighting you back is probably what you are talking about when you say "vibration"

Thanks CattleRustler...fixed the stair problem by reducing the radius in set bsp camera collision.

How could I reduce that fighting effect?

I am not sure if you can unless there is some property that can be set in the bsp collision settings. Look thru it and see if you find anything related. I haven't done any dbp coding in a while.

good luck
