That guy is sheer class. The way he directs his anger into a brand of 'formal customer service complaint' speak is excellent. Yes of course it is a wind up, but perfectly executed. For me though the mark of a great windup is in getting the most outrageous thing believed, in this respect he has failed because clearly nobody posting has been succorred, however Ian - you do seem to be wavering yourself so I vote that he has succeeded.

and thats y i've constantly told ppl on IRC how i dont trust water cooling in my pc. pipe burst would be just the same as wetting ursef sleeping under an electric blanket
