Free virus scanner : www.grisoft.com

I've just deleted about 10 virus emails received in the past 24 hours, all of which were addressed to dbp@fuzzee.co.uk. That's the email address I have listed here - and with good reason.

Tip:
If you've got a domain, then it's a good idea to set up aliases to your personal account and use those aliases whenever you sign up to a service. So for example, should I start to get spam or a load of viruses sent to dbp@fuzzee.co.uk, I just delete that alias and choose another. No more spam

...and the rest is f-l-y

My AVG refuses to update most of the time, and Spybot finds spyware, deletes it, then its back again when I next run my computer. My system is an absolute shambles as a result and Im having to reset it up soon.

Currently thinking of a new company name

Setup a hotmail account - or yahoo, but never ever ever ever list your personal email addy here. I use hotmail (well I have no other option right now) and I've been getting those viruses too, but at least I can read my email away from my home PC where a virus attack would'nt bother me too much. The viruses I've been getting are the fake mail delivery error ones, I'm guessing this is common for a lot of users here.

But it's obvious that someone who likes to collect DB users email addy's has no virus protection - and is probably sitting admiring his collection in Outlook Express with the preview pain active on an unpatched XP machine with the lid off (wheeze).

Ohh, I use Panda, which comes with a firewall and updates daily. I detest most antivirus software - Panda seems to behave itself.
