Can i make 3d characters or worlds without dark matter or geoscape? I dont have enough $$$ to buy either one. Im saving up for a car.

You can use any 3D modeller that can export .x or 3ds files. You could start with Wings 3D or TruScape 3 if you want a couple of freebies.

Search the 3D Chat forums. There are many posts about 3D tools there. A little research will turn up at least half a dozen free 3D solutions. There are also economical solutions like Character FX and Milkshape which will not set up back much.
