Well they are at the moment. I really need help with smooth metallic textures in gmax, 3dcanvas maybe 3d studio(still working on getting it). I have Jasc paintshop, photo editor and ms paint. Do i need more. I would like a vector drawing app. any suggestions.

Xara...It's cheap. Or, Adobe Illustrator if you have a healthy bill-fold. Actually, you might be able to find Adobe Illustrator on eBay for an affordable price. If not, Xara is good and it's affordable.

Well, if you have a valid/registered product key, you can contact discreet and ask them if they could send you a new software cd. Microsoft does this, I don't know if Discreet does. They charge a fee for the media and a shipping charge.

If your product key has not been registered then you're SOL. You'll have to buy 4.0 off of eBay or something. Or, you'll have to buy version 5, or 6.

I'll give you the benifit of the doubt and assume you weren't hinting at warez.
