My friend bought Darkmatter2 for himself and when he installed it he got a virus and had to reboot the whole comp, and when he did that he lost it and now he cant get it back. Once you buy it, its yours right? Thats pretty crappy to have to buy it again, and all the emails he sends get ignored...whats up with that?

Without knowing the facts, there's not much to say. Is your friend ranting and raving about a virus that probably has nothing to do with DM2? There should be electronic record if he bought DM2 online, is he having trouble proving his identity?

BTW, I don't work for TGC in any capacity. I'm just curious about the circumstances.

Darkmatter 2 is a download-only package. All that he needs to do is go into his download history and download it again from there.

Hes not a member of TGC he just has darkbasicpro and darkmatter 1 and 2, and he didnt rant and rave about it, he just emailed them and the email was never returned
