Newcomers DBPro Corner / acceleration problem

Hey all,

I want to create a realistic acceleration of a ship.. Whats the best way to approach that?

I have these vars:
Telegraph command (like full ahead, full astern) which influences the acceleration rate

Top Speed, which is limited on the telegraph

Max Speed, max speed of the ship

Who knows sites where i can find detailed info about this, because i can add friction and mass too..

The Best Way I Can Think Of Is By Creating A Variable And Increasing It A Certain Amount Each Loop... Try Something Like This Inside Your Main Loop...

Adjust The 0.1 and 1.03 as Needed To Get The Wanted Effect.
