Rich probably lent some hosting space to a mate of his or something along those lines. Probably in no way affiliated to TGC at all.

Rich took it off the servers and gave up the IP rights. Apparantly, some bloke has already bought it. I don't think he(or she?) has any affiliation with TGC whatsoever.
