I was looking to buy this software
but when I got to the forum of the software
I saw that the author is not there and there are
no more updates so anyone knows what is going on?
and should I still buy the program?

For £15 or whatever it's going for now - it's still a bargain.

It's the most direct animation solution for DBPro, easy to setup your models and animate them, and exports perfect animated .x models.

EDIT: BTW, IIRC the author is a lazy bugger and is probably just slouching for a bit.
