Hi

This is an odd question. I have a old DOS game called "Raptor: Call of the Shadow", anyone remember it??

Anyway, I'm doing a recreation in DBPro, and I want to use all the same graphics, so therefore I need to take print screens of the original game.

But for some reason I cant take print screens in the old DOS game.

I'm running Windows XP Pro, which I know has a funny wierd Windows DOS, but why!!

Anyone know how I could take screenies?

Thanks

Try download.com, there are a number of screen-grabbing programs.

Your problem is probably something to do with the DOS window running in it's own kernel.

I'd be running spybot S&D and Adaware6 prior to downloading and installing anything from download.com. I don't know what happened to those guys but the last time I dloaded something from there it installed a whole slew of software/spy software which I didn't ask for and was never informed of.

You might want to see if Raptor has a screen print function built in(F11 and F12 were popular with some DOS games.)

Addendum to CattleRustler's comment:
It's a good idea to read users comments, you generally find a reference to whether Spyware is hidden in the application. If you know it has spyware, leave it alone!

i hate you.

raptor! i do remember that game. those top-down plane shooters were pretty popular back then.
