3 Dimensional Chat / Geoscape 3d locking up

every time i open geoscape 3d this comes up ( http://www.geocities.com/clownpaint_tk_gameserver1/geoscape3d.JPG ) and the program locks up, im using windows xp home with a radeon 9600xt 256mb graphics card.

Any ideas on whats causing this? it didnt work on my crappy old SiS graphics card that came with my comp, ive since got a new one so i can use dbpro, thought id give this a try but its still the same.

Its a shame i really want to try this product, im only using the trial btw.

Download the latest ati drivers for your cards and see if it works.

Doesn't matter,your vendor may have purchased it earlier especially if it's not one of the latest model and it's always better to make sure that they are indeed the latest drivers available from the web.
