I try to make some objects, but when I use them in DBP then they are as small as they were made for ants.... (maybe I should make an ant-game). Then I have to use object scale. Are there any dis-advantages about that? I mean that they are big enough in my 3D program...

I've heard of scaling being blamed for some unexpected behavior in DBP.

Usually when you export/save a model, you have an option to set the scaling factor. That might be the best place to jack it up. Given how everything is relative in a 3D space, make a 2 unit cube and see how your model compares. Some developers treat one unit as one meter and this happens to be a comfortable scale for most FPS and RPG games.

scaling in ::classic:: ruins any chance of collision.
the original size is what retains the collision radius.
I dont think its the same with pro tho.

the smaller the better anyway I say. you see theres a performance hit with a huge camera range.

You could just move the camera closer and adjust the range instead of sclaing the object.

scaling in Pro is also a big problem for collision (including the intersect object command)...

try scaling in your modeller.

if you are using JTEdit or Milkshape, there is an option in the .x exporter to scale the object. it defaults for some reason to "0.1", so sometimes that can be a problem.
