I read that DarkBASIC files are vary big.
Dose this mean that the files are just big or that they are big at the start and if you have a lot of commands in the file it start to not be as big for the number of commands?

The source code is small (the actual text), but when you compile the game into a .exe file it gets much bigger, as it adds media and everything into the program. In dbpro I did the simplest command possible, by itself (print "hello") and it took up 498kb, but when I added another command it was still 498kb(probably a few bytes over). Hope this answers your question

Current Project: DarkEssence, an Action/RPG style game.
