I realize there a many posts about texturing on these forums, however, even after reading through them and appling the things in them, I still can't figure out haw to texture models in MS. When I apply a texture to a certain group it doesn't show up properly, it just makes it darker that usual. Could someone please help or tell me where to find a tut?

Thank you for your help,
Sam

I think thats UV co-ordinate problems.
My 30 days run out aaaaages ago so I don't know how to fix your problem in milkshape.
However if you get a copy of Lithunrwap (which is free) you can make a lovely texture job.

Thank you very much for your response. Espesially to indi, I found a tutorial for using MilkShape and Lithunwrap (could never figure out how to use the latter).

And if anyone ever needs help the tut is here:http://www.psionic3d.co.uk/tutorials/lowpoly/zuvm.html if you go back to the main page there are a lot more tuts too.

Thanks again,
Sam
