@Nategc, Didn't you post something like this before?

I'm going to offer the same advice that I did then ...

1 - Get the name of a real person.
2 - Ensure that you give your game to a real company
3 - Get it in writing with a signed contract. Involve your solicitor/lawyer/whatever
4 - Get an address ... not a P O Box (or whatever the equivalent is where you are)

If you can't get this then don't ship your game.

I think he is talking about other people putting games on his site.
Not sending his game to a publisher.
