Newcomers DBPro Corner / Level Editors

I was just wondering as I know it would be easier to make a level editor for making my levels but I was just wondering how you make one. Do you program one through DarkBasic Pro(what I have) or some other language like C++.

Either. it would be easier to make one in DBPro though

Look around the net though, there are some level editor made already, but if none of them seem useful, then you could make your own.
