Im trying to locate VB4 (by VanB's recommendation) so that I can write Windows programs, plus VB features heavily in my A level IT project, so it would seem a good idea to sharpen up before I get to A2.

Im having trouble finding it though - anybody know where to find it, and how much it is?

Cheers

vb4? at least get a hold of vb6! Vb6 has been around since 96-97?? I shudder at the thought of 4 (api-less, interpretted box of capola) sorry to say. Nothing against mr VanB!!

I am sure you can get a hold of 6 dirt cheap and youre better off for it!

Aye, suppose I am, had no idea it was that old!

Suppose it'll be easier to find 6 now, cheers CattleRustler.

Heh. I remember using VB for DOS when it first came out. Was just like QBasic, except VB type windows, just in DOS crappiness. Grief, that was a while ago. Not very good either.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
