3 Dimensional Chat / Using bones in dbpro?

Im exporting my model from 3dsmax 6 using the pandasoft .x exporter and my model contains bone animation in one leg, i was going to continue if that leg worked ok.. but it didnt. When i put the model into dbpro the leg was all stretched out in funny directions without me even using the animation and you could see the bones where the leg should be!

oh and the model is low poly because i made it for a rts game i hope to make

i guess i need to build a whole skeleton before it will work.. because the leg is the right way up now but the body has gone all odd, looks funny though

That problem looks more of how the bones are attached to the mesh. The boned parts are moving, but the rest is just confused and going with it.

Herm. not 100% sure. Good luck though.
