i'm tryin to wake a scrolling game in dbc but i make the ground fill the whole screen plz help!

The Dark Basic Classic Screen is a little funky. Or at least I think so. If the image or whatever your using is to small just SCALE it. This will resize the image. Well for Classic it might only work with sprites but you can try.

I doubt you will be able to fill the screen 100%. I think there will be a black border still.


Try it and let me know.

make the floor a sprite, then you can easily fiddle with it, and its very simple to convert from image to sprite. very simple.

well this isn't my post but I am making a new version of Mario, well anyways how do i make the image scroll basically to where it looks like Mario is moving but the bg is moving and he can move only on what is on the screen?

if you want the image to fill the whole screen. Just make the image in paint a 640x480 image, i think thats right....

i think, i think if u use sync on and sync then it will target that instead of the actually line, mite b something like that
