If you can't find someone here, you might want to try writting up a detailed description of the project and post it in the team request section. [Don't forget to read the sticky notes there.]

Animation is a pretty complicated task. If you basically want someone to help you on a volunteer basis you'll need to express why your project is worthy of their time.

Depending on your model formats, you might want to check out CharacterFX.
