I made amodel 3d canvas which wouldn't center itslef properly. The I exported it to 3d Studio max used the hierachy thingy to center th pivot in the object it worked in the prog but after exporting it. it didn't work in Dbp. Whats happening

The 0,0,0 origin point of the model's geometry is off. Either re-center it in 3D canvas or another program. For example, you can use Materialize 3D to center it or import the model into Milkshape 3d (via the autodesk 3ds import routine) and center it.

umm...how do i do that in 3d canvas or gmax. cause in 3d canvas it says my group orientation is 0,0,0
