Anyone know why objects or scenes in .x out from trueSpace are so small when imported to DB?

I'm making some worlds with columns, walls, etc. in .x and I want them in my game but when I import then from tS they come out really small. It seems weird because when I export from DeleD they come out the "right" size.

I know I could resize them in DB but then I'd have to resize every object I wanted to import, and I don't want to resize them in tS either for some other reasons. I'm guessing this is an exporting problem to .X or has something to do with world units in tS???
(I've tried exporting with the tS exporter, and some xtension that was posted here too)

Please help !

PS. Otherwise, can someone recommend good modelers for *worlds* that export in .x, besides DeleD? DeleD is great but I can't import anything into it. :-(

This is the object I made in tS 6:

This is how it looks when I import it into my "world":

The "world" (room) was made with DeleD, which has a good size, and was exported to .X with DeleD. Is this a tS thing? Has anyone else with tS had the same problem?

I'm using DBC, and NGC Collision system Demo 2.03 which I'll buy if this works hehehe

MikeS: Yeh, I'm exporting with that plugin, but I'll check the thread again in case I missed something, thanks Mike.

Didn't realize you're using TS6, so that link I gave you won't help to much, as it's for TS 4-5.2.
----------------
My only other recommendation if you're still having problems is to mess with your export settings for TS 6. There's usually an option for how it gets exported in the prefrences section. Check the caligari forums for various plug-ins and if worse comes to worse, buy the gamepak for $200!! (I only recommend doing this if you really really love Truespace)

Yeah I'm kind of dissapointed because I like tS a lot. But it's pretty weird, because it seems only the DeleD objects come out the right size in my project... anyone knows why is this????

BTW, I checked the gamepak and it's really awesome, but I'm a poor student, so I can't really afford it ATM :/ I noticed they even mention DarkBASIC and all... so it'd be lots of help.

Yes, I'm also poor too, so I can't afford the gamepak.

If you'd like, you may be able to e-mail customer service and try to arrange a deal for students.

I e-mailed caligari and got great customer support. I asked them if they could knock off the price of a few bundled products so I could get the Truespace for a cheaper price than what it would've been. I must've created a lot of hassel for them, and I still didn't buy TS6 (I thought TS5.2 would be enough for the time being).

Morale being though, they've got great customer service and it's pretty darn fast. Also, they handled the situation well.
