Ok, I am what you so call a "newbie" at game making. I play guitar for a living so...this is my first time working with games. I know in Darkbasic F5 lets you see your work....but how do you see your work on a c++ editor?

thanks

do you mean you wrote the code in db but want to see it in c++ editor? You can't. You could decompile your db exe and see some form of the assembly language but it won't be much use to you unless you are an expert programmer in assembly language.

sorry if I misunderstood your question

First of all, you need a compiler or some sort. (I have Dev-C++ from http://www.bloodshed.net)

When you're finished writing your code, compile&run it.
