I need to speak to someone about DBP.

I bought DBP about a year ago (near the time it came out) and used it a lot. But things have changed and the computer I had it on was formatted for another use and well...... I don't have my CD. That is, I lost it somewhere in the ruckuss going on. So is there some sort of warranty on losing a CD to get a new one? All I have with me is the manual and case that came with it.

Please help me I want my DBP back

email the man himself - rich@thegamecreators.com. As far as I know, if you have the manual then you're OK. You may have to send it to him, or somehow prove it's you who bought DBP from them...

Don't they have a record of everyone who bought the thing? I mean I ordered it online. they must have some sort of backed up data saying that I did so and that it WAS sent out to me.

But good idea. I'll do that

Yes they should have a record. Even if they do I'll doubt they will give you a new one when you lost yours after a year you've bought it!

Well there's no statutory right that says they must give you a CD as, however I would see now harm in it and I think TGC are the kind of company who would, on proof of being legitimate, provide a new CD for you.

At least, I would like to think they are because I keep giving them my own money for their products!

Just send an e-mail to Rich. You'll probebly have to give them your name and send them your manual to prove ownership.

We will replace lost CDs if you purchased directly from us (which the original poster did) and we charge a small shipping fee. Submit a support request for details.

Cheers,

Rich

Made a copy eh?
I know that's rather difficult unless you know exactly what you are doing... *winks conspiratorily* But, you're not alone, I too have a back up

Jess.
