I cannot figure out how to position a sprite where I want it? I have read and read and I cannot find anything about it in the DB Manual lol..

I am working on a basic 2-D side view Rpg battle and I want to figure out how to position the character sprites on the right side of the screen, which I am having alot of problems with.

One more question about the battle background, how exactly do I set that up? I currently have a black background and some sprites that are all in the same area o_o

Thank you`

Sprite x,y,imageNumber

The background can be loaded as a bitmap, or textured on a plain, or made into a sprite if you have DBPro, or made from tiles.

Thank you, but I am getting an error now. It says-

"Run time error at line 17. Bobs range from 1 to 65535."

x = 50
y = 50
Sprite x,y,imageNumber

Plus you are going to need to load an image, and give it a number.

You can now change X and Y and the sprite will move. I think you really need to read a book about basic programming.
