Ok well not that I am using them yet....But I was just wondering where you can get a good sound/music editor for tracks...SoundMatter looks kinda nice for sound effects...
Dose anyone know any other FREE sound effect makers/collections that are ruilty free

And I'm really wanting a program that alows you to pick an insturment then pick a note (A Ab B) and note length that is also free
And if you cant get one free then just one thats less then 50 dollars

midi studio is nice, ive never used it for games before and its only for MIDI files and a few other odd ones, i think i got it for like 9.99 a year ago.it does have a lot of intsuments in it to choose form though .btw i only have midi studio 5, im sure theres newer ones out there.

Will MIDI's sound good in games? I woulden't think so but some editors can make some good ones...Has anyone else heard of this?

youre better off using wav or mp3 files cos then at least you know that the end user will hear exactly what you want them to.
I have an XG sound card and midi files I create on my pc do not sound as good on another pc that hasnt got an xg soundcard
