Hey all;

I’m an engineering student, the other day (during a field trip) I had this idea for pc cooling,�How about immersing the whole thing into a non conductive liquid? And then cooling it of with some sort of radiator �. Later the same day, after I got home, I started doing some research on the subject; found out that this had already been done for quite some time (…I felt dumb…),

Now that was an interesting thread…

I’m starting a small experiment this afternoon (within a few hours), just to check if the vegetal oil(low viscosity) I’m planning on using will work (by immersing a binary counter in it).
If it all works out as planned I’ll start designing an oil cooling system...

Yeah, that's why i'm trying oil...

but this means I need a lager volume of liquid flowing into the "case", good thing is that I found some nice underwater pumps (aquarium pumps) that will work with oil...
