Howdo, I installed Mozilla Firefox yesterday and its taken the liberty of changing all the file icons of, so far from what ive seen, html, jpg, png & gif files to the firefox icon. This im none too pleased about and I wondered if anyone knows of a way to set them back? Reminds me of the time I accidentally set all .dba files to be associated with notepad

Cheers

it may have an options menu that lets you adjust that.
if it doesn't and it changed all of that without asking then thats pretty lame.

Well it did say 'Do you want to set firefox as your default browser' which was ok and I agreed to but it didnt say 'and do you want me to associate all of your major image and system files with me for the fun of it?'

I mean why the hell does a browser need to associate image files?

because it can display them. I think you should have said NO to the Default browser thing, unless of course that's what you wanted. Maybe IE can revert the stuff back?
