I have both DB Enhanced and DBPro. In DBPro you can have 32 sprites, but unlimited images. What is the difference? Is it possible to get more then 32 sprites?

Yes. I don't know where you got that number from but there is no real limit to the number of sprites in DBPro.

There are unlimited bitmaps in DBPro too.

Brief (very!) summary of bitmaps, images and sprites

Bitmaps
- You can create them in any size you wish (limited by graphics drivers)

Images
- You cannot create them, only load them from files or grab sections of bitmaps
- Include an alpha channel for transparency effects

Sprites
- Used to display images in a more controllable way (stretch, rotate, fade etc)

Thanks.

I got the bitmap number from the DBPro Refrence guide.

Quote: ""You can optionally provide a Bitmap Number between 0 and 32.""
That's from page 41 in the guide. 0 being the screen, that leaves 32 bitmaps.
